We want you to love your Blu Dot designs, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. If a piece isn't quite right for your space, we'll help you find a better fit or provide a refund minus shipping fees.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Repackage the item securely in its original box; for larger furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to schedule a pickup time.

  Inspection Process

  Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in original, unassembled condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5 to 10 business days.
