We offer tiered flat-rate shipping based on your order total. Options include standard ground delivery for smaller items and our specialized 'White Glove' delivery for large furniture, which includes assembly and removal of packaging.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to furniture returns, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer fabric and material swatches?
Yes, we provide complimentary swatches for most of our upholstery and wood finishes. You can order up to 10 swatches online to see how our materials look and feel in your own home before making a purchase.
How do I care for and maintain my furniture?
Each product page features specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and using a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. For upholstered items, regular vacuuming and professional cleaning are recommended.
Is there a warranty on Blu Dot products?
We stand by our designs. Blu Dot products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery for residential use.
Can I track the status of my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Blu Dot account at any time to view the current status of your shipment.
